If you had a walk-out song to the first tee box, what would it be?
“Big Iron” by Marty Robbins
Why did you pick that song?
“Marty Robbin’s is one of Country musics best story tellers. I feel like this song paints a good picture of what I would feel like walking out into a crowed. Confident with 0 fear. I thrive in those moments.”
What inspired you to pick these songs for your playlist?
“Everything on this playlist is perfect representation of who I am as a person. Every genre and song shows a different part of my life that was heavily influenced by music. From skateboarding as a kid, jamming out on the line during a crazy rush (I was a chef for a long time) ,to working the ranch and going to hip hop shows in Chicago. It’s all wrapped up here in this playlist.”
Is this playlist something you would usually listen to outside of the course?
“Absolutely. These are my daily jams!”
What reaction do you usually get when you throw on your music?
“Having such a diverse ear for music, I get told all the time “the switch up on genres is crazy” or “You listen to this? You don’t look like you would listen to this.” Apparently my appearance of being a tatted up, hat backwards, nose pierced guy listening to 50s country is confusing. 🤣”
